Job Summary:
The Finance Analyst partners with Sales, Marketing Development, Planning, and Customer Commercial Finance teams to drive profitable growth. This role reviews and actualizes line review and promotion P&Ls, supports FP&A forecasts, and provides insights into pricing, mix, and category performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and actualize line review and promotion P&Ls; advise Sr. Manager on approvals.
  • Compare planned customer ITN rates versus checkbook with Customer Commercial Finance leads.
  • Provide detail for Sales, Trade Funding, Mix, Customer A&P, Trade A/R, and customer accrual forecasts.
  • Deliver promotion reporting to Brand Finance/MD&P using NTN system.
  • Analyze price/mix drivers to identify category growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Take ownership of assigned issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and timely insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1-3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in CPG.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle/Hyperion planning systems preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
