Skirvin & Associates is expanding its sales team in Kentucky and Indiana. We contract with Old American Insurance Company; a company focused on serving the senior market with final expense life insurance solutions.

This is an opportunity for licensed or unlicensed sales-minded individuals who want a clear system, assigned territory, hands-on training, and access to a steady lead flow. Instead of spending most of your time cold prospecting, agents are supplied with qualified leads in their assigned area.

Every day, thousands of Americans reach retirement age, creating continued demand in the senior market. Final expense insurance helps families prepare for funerals, burials, and other end-of-life costs, giving agents a meaningful product to offer while building a long-term sales career.

What We Offer

Skirvin & Associates provides the structure, and support agents need to build a strong book of business:

Assigned sales territory in Kentucky or Indiana
Sales leads provided in your assigned area
Training for both licensed and unlicensed agents
Support through the licensing process if needed
Access to Old American’s proven final expense sales system
Lead financing options for qualified agents
Opportunity to work with direct mail, digital, and data leads
Field and product training
Renewal income opportunity
Performance-based earning potential
A senior market niche with consistent demand

What You Will Do

As a Final Expense Sales Agent, you will meet with prospects in your assigned territory and help them understand life insurance options designed to cover final expenses.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting assigned leads
Explaining final expense life insurance options clearly and ethically
Completing applications accurately
Maintaining consistent communication with your manager
Building long-term relationships in your assigned market
Working toward weekly and monthly production goals

Who We Are Looking For

This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people.

Ideal candidates may have experience in:

Insurance sales
Final expense sales
Medicare or senior market sales
Home services sales
Automotive sales
Real estate
Security, solar, pest control, or similar direct sales roles
Customer service or relationship-based sales

Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to pass a background check
Must hold or be willing to obtain a life insurance license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to work in an assigned Kentucky or Indiana territory
Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system
Reliable transportation is preferred for field appointments

Compensation

This is a performance-based sales opportunity. Agents are compensated through commissions, with renewal income and bonus opportunities available based on production and qualification. Consistent agents following the system may target strong annual earnings, with many sales roles in this market designed for income potential. Earnings depend on licensing, effort, sales activity, territory, and production.
