Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as data entry and analysis, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to management and supervisors.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in daily administrative roles and support.
  • Data entry, assist with cost and variance analyses.
  • Prepare and edit various correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and maintain associated files.
  • Work with other departments and outside vendors on facilities issues, ensuring projects are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
  • Comfortable navigating and interacting with various cloud-based platforms (will train).
  • Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Willing and able to work from our office daily.
