The Field Operations personnel represent Ulterra Drilling Technologies in an ethical and professional manner while supporting Field Sales teams to meet customer demands.

Sales Support Associate

The Sales Support Associate represents Ulterra Drilling Technologies in an ethical and professional manner while supporting Field Sales teams to meet customer demands. This role is responsible for inventory handling, field deliveries, coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high safety and service standards in a fast-paced, on-call environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of sales or related experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to navigate maps and use GPS technology
  • Basic reading and writing proficiency

Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for professionally representing Ulterra ethically and professionally at the field level, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting revenue growth and market share expansion. 

This position is on-call 24/7 and requires the ability to build lasting relationships, capture critical performance data, and identify new business opportunities. 

The Field Sales Representative acts as the primary interface between Ulterra and its customers at the wellsite, supporting internal teams with accurate, real-time feedback and insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in field sales or related oilfield experience.
  • Must have a state-issued driver's license and be eligible to drive a Company vehicle, including ability to meet requirements of Company's Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.

Field Sales Engineer

The Field Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the technical sales and product innovation of PDC drill bits for the oil and gas industry. This role involves interacting directly with customers, performing detailed drilling application analysis, providing on-site support, and contributing to the development and optimization of products to ensure maximum drilling performance. The Field Sales Engineer serves as a critical link between customers, the sales team, and the engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically related to drilling operations or PDC drill bit sales.
  • Knowledge of drilling applications, bit design, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools for drilling data analysis.
