The Role

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long-term venue locations. This hands-on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand-aligned, and event-ready.

 What You’ll Own
  • Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations
  • Long-term venue booth installations and service visits
  • Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Guest experience and on-site customer support
  • Post-event reporting and operational feedback
  • Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy
  • Representing the Majestic brand in the field

Education

  • Experience
