We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to join our Operation Christmas Child International team in Boone, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of Field Operations Coordinator,you will have the opportunity to:
  • Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
  • Enter and update travel reports for International Field Representatives
  • Manage travel processes for Operation Christmas Child staff, International Field Representatives, and volunteers
  • Provide support for international seasonal events
  • Assist in the selection, ordering, and inventory management of volunteer recognition gifts and clothing
  • Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required and at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • General knowledge of data entry in various systems
  • General knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
  • General knowledge of Outlook Calendar and scheduling
  • Ability to calculate mathematical figures
  • Ability to perform budget reconciliations
  • Ability to learn new computer software systems
  • Ability to communicate across cultures
