Job description

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and over sees sales activities.

Essential Functions

Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.

Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.

Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.
