Job description

Perfecta is looking for an outgoing and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering product training to users, performing product demonstrations (demos), supporting on-site installations and troubleshooting, conducting system testing, resolving operational issues, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to schedule.

To be successful in this customer-facing role, the ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess excellent problem-solving and time management skills, and reliably perform at a high level. Ultimately, a top-notch Project Coordinator should have strong communication and customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become the subject matter expert on Perfectaโ€™s suite of software products.
  • Facilitate rapid adoption and employment of systems and programs within the customer enterprise.
  • Perform demonstrations (demos) of systems and programs.
  • Provide training and support through in-person, virtual, and desk-side support to system and program users.
  • Determine customer needs and offer recommendations to enhance User experience.
  • Coordinate with other functional areas to ensure the latest program updates have been captured in any instruction materials.
  • Capture metrics and feedback to identify and mitigate capability gaps.
  • Provide on-site technical support and perform customer support tasks.
  • Identify system issues and work with technical team to perform troubleshooting procedures.
  • Track and document work progress and write service reports.
  • Document changes, revisions, or problems.
  • Manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Prepare product user guides and marketing material.
  • Deliver briefings to Senior Leadership.

Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience in Training and Development a plus
  • Experience in change management
  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Expert-level user in MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to speak in a public forum and the ability to interact effectively with others
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening and empathy
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, to include weekends or nights to meet customer Operations and Training requirements
  • Must be able to obtain TS/SCI
