Richmond, VA. 7-30 years experience. Senior ME (PE) to lead, inspire, and make lasting impact. Client-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design of HVAC systems from concept to construction documents
  • Spearhead business development in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions — municipalities and school districts
  • Deliver MEP solutions for K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, government facilities
  • Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients, vendors, stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, performance goals
Qualifications
  • BS Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
  • PE license required
  • 10+ years consulting engineering or A/E firms
  • Proven experience in Revit and MEP construction documentation
