With over 135,000 homes served, we specialize in HVAC installation, energy efficiency upgrades, electrification, insulation, duct sealing, and air sealing. We help homeowners save money, improve comfort, and reduce their environmental impact.

Role Overview This is a technical sales and estimation role ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who excels at diagnosing home comfort issues, designing energy-efficient solutions, and presenting compelling proposals to homeowners. You will work with pre-qualified, company-provided leads โ€” no cold calling or lead generation required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Convert pre-qualified, scheduled warm and hot leads through technical discovery appointments. All leads are provided by the company.
  • Technical Diagnosis: Conduct on-site and remote home assessments following established data collection protocols to identify comfort and performance issues.
  • Design and Estimation: Perform ACCA Manual J load calculations and translate results into comprehensive project proposals that incorporate electrification technologies (heat pumps) and load reduction measures (insulation, air sealing).
  • Client Consultation and Sales: Educate homeowners on HVAC upgrades, energy efficiency improvements, and indoor air quality solutions. Present customized system proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Affordability Solutions: Present financing and promotional options to maximize project affordability for clients.
  • Project Collaboration: Coordinate with installation and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Proposal Preparation: Collect home data, prepare accurate HVAC proposals, and create detailed project estimates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in HVAC project estimation and sales
  • Specific experience in energy audits, electrification assessments, and Manual J load calculations is required
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems (insulation and air sealing)
  • Proven sales and customer service experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and HVAC load calculation software
