The Opportunity

You will run our Plant City office like a true business owner while leveraging the established systems of a growing company. This leadership role empowers you to own full financial accountability, optimize field crews, and spearhead local business development. Your strategic decisions will directly shape our market expansion across Southwest Florida.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct daily HVAC field operations and dispatch scheduling to maximize technician productivity and maintain high install quality.
  • Manage full P&L accountability by tracking margins, controlling labor and material costs, and reporting financial results to ownership.
  • Cultivate strong business-to-business relationships with local builders, property managers, and commercial accounts to generate new revenue.
  • Maintain strict EPA compliance, refrigerant handling protocols, and Florida HVAC licensing standards across all active job sites.
  • Utilize Monday.com job tracking systems to monitor project timelines, manage field workflows, and ensure organizational consistency.
  • Coordinate regional travel up to 80 percent of working hours to audit job sites, secure accounts, and support remote crews.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in HVAC operations with at least 2 to 3 years in a direct management role.
  • Proven experience managing full corporate P&L metrics, labor costs, material margins, and financial operational reporting.
  • Demonstrated background in business development, commercial account acquisition, or relationship-based sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Florida HVAC licensing requirements, building codes, and EPA refrigerant compliance.
