What are some common challenges faced by federal human resource professionals when navigating government policies and regulations?

Federal Human Resource professionals often face the challenge of ensuring strict compliance with complex federal regulations, such as those outlined in the Merit Systems Protection Board and Office of Personnel Management guidelines.
