Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a trusting, supportive rapport with clients, facilitating an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Provide regular counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support individuals and families in navigating their mental health challenges.
  • Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress, ensuring they continue to receive the most effective care possible.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and specialists, to coordinate integrated care and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and participation in team meetings to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits
