About the Role:
A well-established family law firm is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work under the direct mentorship of a senior attorney with decades of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family law, excellent advocacy and legal writing skills, and a commitment to client-centered representation. Prior family law experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided to qualified candidates eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic disputes.

  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, declarations, and settlement agreements.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice on complex family law issues.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings with professionalism and confidence.

  • Collaborate with and lead paralegals and support staff in preparing case strategies.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.
