Position Summary
Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. Beyond our mass production, our Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. Our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As the Production Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and guidance to associates to ensure safety, quality, and service/zero waste goals are achieved. By serving as a team leader and problem solver, you'll drive Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant, making a positive impact on your peers and the company. We'll count on you to manage shift operations, supervising, and directing production while coaching and developing your team members.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
  • 1+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 to $106,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
