We are seeking a solution-oriented hunter to identify, pursue, and close new business across DOT/FAA & DOE. This role will focus on building a targeted $500M annual pipeline and winning $125M+ per year in new single-award opportunities. Responsibilities: * Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new single-award opportunities across DOT/FAA/DOE enterprise IT, network engineering, and cyber. * Build and manage a robust pipeline leveraging Tyto Athene's prime contract vehicles. * Develop strategic relationships with senior agency customers, partners, and suppliers. * Lead capture efforts, including qualification, Gate reviews, win strategy, value proposition, and pricing (including Price-to-Win). * Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure innovative, deliverable solutions. * Drive pursuit timelines and meet all milestones through award. * Represent Tyto Athene at industry events and customer engagements. * Utilize CRM tools to track progress and drive growth. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree (business, technical, or related field). * Minimum 5 years of experience selling new business into DOT/FAA and/or DOE. * Proven record of winning at least 3 single-award opportunities valued at $75M+ each in the past 5 years, acting as the primary driver from identification to close. * Strong background in enterprise IT, network engineering, and/or cybersecurity for federal civilian agencies. * Experience in capture management, win themes, win probability, and Shipley processes. * Ability to build relationships with senior agency executives. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Competitive "hunter" mindset with willingness to travel.
