Job Title: Entry-Level Well Pump Installer / Specialist
Company: DPS Pump Services – Hopatcong, NJ
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience) + Overtime Potential

About the Role:
DPS Pump Services is growing! We are seeking a motivated Well Pump Specialist to join our team in Northern NJ. We work on residential, commercial, and municipal water systems. Whether you are experienced or looking to learn a new trade, we provide on-site training with opportunities for additional licensing and certification.

What You Will Do:
​Install new pumps and maintain/repair existing water systems.
​Travel to multiple job sites daily (Company truck provided).
​Utilize company tablets/apps for scheduling and invoicing.
​Collaborate with a supportive team.

Requirements:
​Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean/satisfactory driving record.
​Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects and working with hand tools.
​Communication: Clear communication with customers and the team.
​Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a tablet and smartphone apps.
​Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
