Job description

Sterilization Technician (No Experience Needed – We Train!)

Studio Blu Dental is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our friendly, patient-centered team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to begin a career in dentistry. No prior dental experience is required—we're happy to train the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Organize and set up instrument trays for patient care
  • Support the clinical team by helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
  • No prior dental experience required—we provide comprehensive training
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player who follows established safety and infection control procedures
