Job Description

Manage and lead ACH core configuration operations, overseeing a team responsible for timely and accurate execution of ACH setup requests, testing, and ongoing communication with internal partners and external clients. Maintain strong daytoday operational performance while driving automation, process simplification, and improvement of workflows.

Act as a change leader who balances operational stability with modernization efforts. Partner closely with subject matter experts to leverage institutional knowledge, reduce complexity, and redesign processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Lead highperforming teams through clear goals, accountability, ongoing feedback, and development.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable federal and state regulations, and participate in the review and enhancement of systems, processes, and controls supporting ACH operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience


Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrated change management experience, including automation and process redesign

  • Strong knowledge of ACH operations; familiarity with ACH PEP+ a plus

  • Ability to maintain established operations while driving futurestate improvements

  • Experience simplifying complex, legacy processes

  • Ability to effectively partner with and leverage subject matter experts

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

  • Experience leveraging and leading global teams desired, including offshore resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
