Job Title: External Group Sales SpecialistAbout the Role

The External Group Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing group sales opportunities for the hotel. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients—including corporate groups, event planners, sports teams, and travel agencies—to promote our hotel's offerings and room blocks.

As an independent, external producer, you will have the freedom to hunt for new business, manage your own pipeline, and directly impact your earning potential with an aggressive commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits
  • 10% Commission on all booked and consumed group business (uncapped earning potential).

  • Flexible, independent schedule (Remote/Field-based).

  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Only.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new group sales leads through independent networking, cold calling, and industry connections.
