JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education/ Experience: A combination of experience and relevant education totaling 5+ years.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
    • Experience: Experience in trust administration, wealth management operations, portfolio administration, trading support, or related financial services
  • Certifications: CFP or CFA or willingness to work towards CFP or CFA is encouraged

  • Play a key role in coordinating portfolio activity, cash and liquidity planning, and trading processes.
  • Work closely with Trust Officers and our external Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) to support client portfolios.
  • Ensure portfolio activities are documented appropriately and aligned with client objectives, governing documents, and fiduciary standards.
  • Focus on relationship management, execution, and portfolio administration rather than discretionary investment management or model building.
