We are hiring an Automotive Express Lane Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. We seek a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual who excels at communication, organization, and delivering efficient, high-quality service for customers who need quick maintenance and light repairs.

Compensation: $700/week Plus Performance Bonus Base
Schedule: 5-day work week, including Sundays, with Saturday's and one weekday off

About the Role

As an Express Lane Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our express service for oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance. You will greet guests, document vehicle needs, provide clear time and price estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure fast, accurate service. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage multiple quick-turn service orders while keeping accurate records in the DMS/CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally; listen to and document express service needs

  • Provide accurate time and cost estimates for express services and clearly explain recommended work

  • Schedule and manage express service appointments and lane workflow to maximize throughput

  • Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion and quality control

  • Maintain accurate repair orders, customer communications, and status updates in the DMS/CRM

  • Process payments, warranties, and service forms following dealership procedures

  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction, promote maintenance plans, and encourage return visits

  • Meet or exceed individual and department performance goals, including efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support express lane and service department operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or ASE education is a plus

  • Previous experience in express lane, service advisor, quick-lube, or customer-facing automotive roles preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation

  • Ability to explain services clearly and professionally to customers

  • Proficient with computers, DMS/CRM systems, and basic office software

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple quick-turn priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
