An Experience Planner is a professional who designs and strategizes customer or user experiences across various touchpoints, ensuring cohesive and engaging interactions. Their work often involves researching user needs, mapping out customer journeys, and collaborating with design, marketing, and technology teams to create seamless experiences. Experience Planners are commonly found in advertising agencies, digital agencies, and customer experience departments of larger organizations. Their goal is to align business objectives with user expectations, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

How do experience planners typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project?

Experience Planners play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between creative, strategy, and technical teams. They often facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align on user insights, project goals, and customer journeys. Open communication and adaptability are key, as priorities can shift based on feedback from clients or end users.
