Job Title: Office/Administration - Administrative Assistant Lv3
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Dodge City, KS 67801
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; must be able to work 100% onsite.

General Information
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant Lv3 will make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of more complex administrative support tasks. The role involves coordinating, integrating, and implementing assigned administrative or staff functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees.
  • Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data.
  • Perform moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures to perform administrative processes.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under minimal supervision.
  • Escalate only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
  • Four years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • SAP experience is beneficial.
  • Experience with payment detail inquiries from vendors and resolution.
