Program Overview:
The Related Group Summer internship program is an educational opportunity for students to gain a comprehensive understanding and hands on experience of one of the country's major real estate corporations. The intern will work in their assigned department, learning thorough observation and the completion of specific tasks assigned by their supervisor. program will last about 9 weeks.

Internship Responsibilities are including but not limited to:
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the different departments, goals, and company objectives.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal process
  • Visit project sites
  • Assist in prepping information
  • Understand each department and the relationship between the departments
  • Perform market research, demographic studies, and competitive analysis for prospective luxury resort and residential development projects
  • Directly support management or team members for special projects and assignments.
  • Conduct assigned research projects and prepare informal summaries for business development and management decision purposes.
  • Gain hands-on development and investment experience through interactions with teams specializing in all facets of real estate development and investment.

Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled in an a full-time college at the Junior, Senior or Graduate level
  • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High Degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
  • Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
