Executive search firms are specialized recruitment services that find top-level candidates for senior, executive, or other highly specialized positions for clients. Many clients use them to find candidates that may not be immediately identifiable in the market and, essentially, avoid the cost of a bad hire.
This role will be remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Selling our Executive Search products.
  • Manage and close inbound leads
  • Actively prospecting via cold-calls
  • Be adept at utilizing video conferencing software to deliver demo presentations
  • CRM proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline
  • Manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
  • Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Can work independently and manage time, whether in our office or remotely
  • Have a process driven sales approach and proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads
  • Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationships/accounts
  • A strong understanding of Executive Search products is preferred
  • Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organisation and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services.
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a proven track history of establishing successful and results oriented client relationships.
  • Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills
