Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings.
  • Maintain organized files and records for properties, transactions, and client communications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate transactions.
  • Market properties through various channels including social media, online listings, and print advertising.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses while ensuring all materials are prepared.
  • Conduct research on local market trends and property values to assist in pricing strategies.
  • Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between parties.
