Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the face of our company for university students and recent graduates. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier engineering talent, representing our brand at university events, and delivering an exceptional, end-to-end internship experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Intern Program Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our internship program, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and facilitating day-to-day intern relations to ensure a world-class experience.
  2. Engineering Recruitment: Actively source, screen, and recruit top-tier university students and new college graduates for engineering intern roles.
  3. Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events for interns (e.g., orientation, executive speaker series, social events, and final presentation days).
  4. University Relations & Campus Recruiting: Represent our company at university career fairs, networking events, panel discussions, and campus info sessions to build a strong talent pipeline.
  5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, positive, and communicative experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements (Must-Haves):
  1. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to large groups and engaging with university students, academic partners, and internal leadership.
  2. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing data, schedules, and event logistics without letting things slip through the cracks.
  3. Ability to Multitask & Prioritize: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously-such as managing high-volume recruiting while planning upcoming events-in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in recruiting, HR, event planning, or university/campus relations (internship experience counts!).
  3. Ability to travel occasionally for university career fairs and events (primarily during peak fall/spring recruiting seasons).

Shift expectations verbiage:
    • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
    • Onsite work ONLY, no remote options available.
