Mission Objectives - The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) CIO is seeking project management services to support the mission of the Information Technology Office (ITO). The ITO Portfolio Management Office (PfMO) provides full lifecycle project management as a service for new systems implementations, systems enhancements, upgrades, operations and maintenance, transition or transformation, and general staff augmentation for both major and minor investments. The Senior Project Manager serves as the lead contractor project manager, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all projects under the DMEA ITO portfolio.

This position manages the contractor's integrated project team, serves as the primary interface between the CIO and DMEA customers, and is accountable for coordinating with Government project leads, stakeholders, and other contractors to deconflict schedules and ensure project success across multiple concurrent projects-including those with financial investments greater than $10M.
