Job description

Strategic Partnerships, Vice President

The Opportunity:

The Strategic Partnerships Vice President will lead Booz Allen's enterprise partnership strategy and partnership programs, shaping how thecompanycollaborates with the world's leading technology companies. Thisleaderwillbe responsible foridentifying, developing, and scaling highvalue strategic partnerships that accelerate growth, expand market impact, enhance client outcomes, and strengthen thecompany's competitive position.

The VPwillcollaborateclosely with sector leaders, market teams, corporate functions, and senior executives toensure partnerships deliver measurable business results aligned to company priorities. You will also oversee the team responsible for managing partnership operations, governance, and engagement across thecompany.

WhatYou'llWork On:

  • Develop and execute an enterprisealigned partnership strategy.

  • Identifyhighimpact, highvalue partners that unlock growth and strengthen Booz Allen's position.

  • Oversee the negotiation, structuring, and management of strategic alliances, codevelopment agreements, and GTM engagements.

  • Drive revenue growth by shaping partnershipenabled opportunities with market and account teams.

  • Build repeatable gotomarket motions with partners, including bundling, coselling, and codevelopment.

  • Track partnership performance metrics such as pipeline contribution, revenue impact, solution adoption, and partner engagement.

  • Support senior leaders such as EVPs, SVPs, product, and market executives in partnership decisions and client pursuits.

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for partnership programs and partner operations.

  • Establishgovernance models to ensure longterm partner health, performance tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Monitormarket, technology, and regulatory changes that influence partnership execution.

YouHave:

  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, ecosystem strategy, or growth leadership

  • Experiencebuilding largescale, highimpact strategic partnerships in technology or federal markets

  • Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing seniorlevel partner relationships

  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partnerenabled growth

  • Experience developingandmanaging partnership programs or partnership portfolios

  • Ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives with senior executives and technical teams

  • Ability to operate in highly matrixed environments and align stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience partnering with major commercial technology companies such as cloud, AI, software, or hardware

  • Experience building and scaling partnership programs from inception

  • Experience leading partnerships in federal, regulated, or missiondriven markets

  • Experience driving codevelopment or commercial innovation through partners

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $261,000 to $432,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
