Executive Admin Assistant

Salary: R36 000 – R40 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You'll support a senior leader directly, managing their diary, inbox and travel so they can focus on the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a busy executive diary and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Triage and manage the executive's inbox
  • Coordinate travel bookings and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare board packs, agendas and minutes for key meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

What you'll need

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Experience with diary and inbox management at a senior level
  • Strong minute-taking and written communication skills
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
  • Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information

Nice to have
