Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives by proactively managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities while exercising sound judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate strategic initiatives, executive communications, and key business priorities.

  • Coordinate executive leadership meetings, off-sites, town halls, and other high-impact events, ensuring flawless execution.

  • Develop presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence while maintaining organized records, reports, and expense documentation.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact on behalf of executive leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Support organizational initiatives, culture-building activities, leadership communications, and special projects as business needs evolve.

  • Deliver a best-in-class executive and office experience by coordinating meeting logistics, welcoming visitors, and supporting overall office operations.

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
