Job description

We're looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You'll be the critical first point of contact for potential customers-identifying, researching, and engaging mid-market brands that can benefit from InfoTrust's analytics, media, and privacy solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the pursuit of new opportunities, thrives on learning, and knows how to build a real prospecting motion in addition to managing inbound leads.
About InfoTrust
InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned products and solutions company dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help Fortune 100-500 companies and the world's largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth-values that have earned us multiple "Best Places to Work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification 7 years in a row and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.
Responsibilities of the SDR:
  • Execute Outbound Campaigns: Run targeted, multi-touch outbound prospecting campaigns (via email, phone, and LinkedIn) to identify and engage brands that match our ideal customer profile.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and self-sourced prospects through thoughtful dialogue to understand their current setup, business needs, and timing.
  • Drive Pipeline: Book and facilitate high-quality discovery meetings with potential customers, providing thorough handoff to the Account Executives ensuring a seamless transition through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate Across Sales Team: Partner closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, share field intelligence, and continuously refine audience messaging.
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene: Keep accurate, up-to-date activity records in Salesforce and manage organized, high-cadence communication sequences via Apollo/Outreach.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Stay sharp on digital analytics, martech trends, and privacy regulations to hold credible, value-driven conversations with CMO and VP-level buyers.
You Could Be a Great Fit for the SDR If:
  • You have 2+ years of dedicated SDR experience at a single company, managing the full pipeline motion from initial research to booked meetings.
  • You possess a strong foundational understanding of enterprise and mid-market B2B sales cycles.
  • You know how to craft a compelling outbound email and ask smart, qualifying questions.
  • You follow up persistently and know how to keep a prospect engaged without being intrusive.
  • You have a proactive mindset and don't wait to be handed leads-you enjoy building pipeline from scratch.
  • You are genuinely curious about B2B marketing technology, digital analytics, and advertising technology.
  • You are highly familiar with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • You are a self-starter who can operate successfully without a rigid, predefined playbook.
  • You listen intentionally, ask strong clarifying questions, and effectively translate a prospect's challenges into a reason to meet.
  • You align deeply with our core values.
Bonus Points If:
  • You have experience working within a high-performing SDR program specifically in adtech, martech, or digital analytics.
  • You possess basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, DV360, or CM360).
You Shouldn't Apply If:
  • Your prior SDR experience was primarily routing inbound leads in a pooled or shared model without true ownership of your own prospecting territory.
  • You are not energized by the prospect of building an outbound pipeline entirely from scratch.
Logistics
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10-20% as needed.
  • Work Flexibility: We offer flexible work options to suit your preferences and lifestyle. For those who prefer remote work, we offer the opportunity to work 100% remotely, but prefer you reside in one of the following states: Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Kentucky, Nebraska, Virginia, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
Why Work Here?
At InfoTrust, team members are deeply connected to our core values and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Our Core Values are:
  • Earn Trust: Deliver on what you promise.
  • Be Respectful: Don't be an ahole.
  • Promote Diversity: Seek understanding and be inclusive.
  • Take Ownership: There is no "they." Take initiative.
  • Grow Every Day: Learn and apply.
  • Contribute With Passion: Desire to do good. Give to grow.

Through the InfoTrust Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we actively give back to the communities where our team members live and work.
Benefits & Equal Opportunity
Benefits include, but are not limited to: Health, vision, and dental insurance with employer-sponsored premiums, unlimited PTO, a generous parental leave program, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and much more.
Diversity is one of our six core values at InfoTrust. InfoTrust is committed to a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunity employer. We aim to hire strong, diverse teams built from different backgrounds, experiences, and identities. We are building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career.
