The Role & Your Mission
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Appointment Setter, you are the front line of our business acquisition engine.Your mission is to identify high-value prospects, qualify their conversion pain points, introduce our high-yielding revenue recovery infrastructure, and book high-intent meetings onto our closing specialists' calendars.
This is a highly consultative, professional B2B outreach role. We do not use aggressive, generic, or spammy sales pitches.We speak like operations auditors and efficiency consultants, leading with direct data, socratic diagnosis, and clear financial logic.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Expectations
- High-Precision Sourcing: Proactively identify target prospects in high-ticket niches (e.g., medspas, law firms, dental clinics, premium home services, and B2B agencies) utilizing local search directories, active advertising databases, and website response audits.
- Multi-Channel Outreach Execution: Launch daily personalized outreach campaigns across our approved channels, including outbound cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, cold email sequences, and visual social media audits.
- The Pre-Qualification Gate: Protect our closing team’s calendars by strictly qualifying every single lead before booking a meeting.You will verify decision-maker status, evaluate their current system stack, and document their precise afternoon call-capture leaks.
- Unified Pipeline Tracking: Record all pipeline updates, prospect pain notes, and scheduling details daily in our centralized tracker and within individual calendar invite descriptions to ensure a warm, seamless handoff to our closers.
- Daily Growth Loops: Participate in our daily reporting cycles, analyzing campaign wins, objections, and market signals to continuously optimize our outreach scripts.
Requirements & Skillsets
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to completely avoid pushy "salesperson" hype and maintain a calm, slow, low-energy, and professional peer-to-peer operational tone.
- Sales Navigation & Objections Mastery: Experience identifying and bypassing gatekeepers, handling budget or trust hesitations comfortably, and guiding prospects to self-diagnose their own administrative bottlenecks.
- System & CRM Familiarity: Comfortable working with shared spreadsheets, calendar booking systems, and CRM workspaces (such as HubSpot).
- Resourceful Problem-Solving: A scrappy, self-starter mentality. You are comfortable configuring your own local calling protocols and free international VoIP tools (such as Talkatone or Dingtone) to execute high-volume cold calling campaigns.
- Unwavering Drive & Output: High personal accountability.We do not micromanage your hours, but we measure daily consistency and the quality of your pipeline.
- Experience: Prior experience in outbound B2B appointment setting, high-ticket sales development, or phone-based customer service is preferred but not required—we prioritize speed, coachability, and hunger above all else.
Compensation & Perks

- Base Salary Range: $1,000 - $2,500 USD / month (Scaled based on prior sales experience, communication skills, and consistency).
- Milestone Payouts & Commission Tiers:
- 10–15 Qualified Bookings: $2,000–$3,000+ total monthly compensation potential.
- 15–25 Qualified Bookings: $3,000–$4,000+ total monthly compensation potential.
- 25+ Qualified Bookings: $4,000–$6,000+ total monthly compensation potential.
