What is executive protection security?

Executive protection security refers to specialized security services designed to ensure the safety of high-profile individuals such as corporate executives, celebrities, politicians, or other persons at risk. Voyager Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Protection Agent to provide dedicated, low-profile protection for its Chairman & CEO. The Agent will be solely accountable for the full spectrum of protective operations - from meticulous advance planning to real-time decision-making - across daily movements, domestic and international travel, and high-profile engagements. This role demands seamless integration into executive environments. The principal's program prioritizes advance work, operational discretion, and low-profile bearing. Candidates must be prepared to operate in business attire, lead with judgment and tradecraft, and protect without disrupting the pace or profile of a senior executive at the highest levels of corporate life. Candidates should expect to spend the majority of working time in the field - in transit with the principal, or supporting advance and event coverage. This is not a desk role.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide direct, armed close protection of the principal across workplace, mobile, and travel-based environments.
• Plan, conduct, and own all advance work for movements, venues, and events.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the principal in real time.
• Make immediate, independent operational decisions to ensure principal safety and mobility - including adjusting routes, protective posture, and contingency actions as conditions require.
• Execute seamless mobility without disrupting the principal's business operations or public profile.
• Coordinate and manage transportation, logistics, and movement execution, including vehicles, drivers, and third-party resources.
• Support protective operations for associated principals as directed, maintaining identical standards of discretion and performance.
• Match the principal's style and pace while sustaining full protective effectiveness at all times.
• Render emergency medical care if required.
• Integrate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure coordinated, frictionless protective operations.
• Maintain continuous communication with the operational lead, ensuring full visibility into plans, movements, and emerging risks.
• Document operational activity, incidents, and observations; contribute meaningfully to after-action reviews and continuous improvement.
