CVS Health is looking for an experienced security professional to help protect senior executives and their families. In this role, you will assess risks, plan secure travel and events, provide close protection services, and respond to security threats. You will work closely with internal partners, law enforcement, and other security professionals to help ensure the safety of company leaders.

Key Responsibilities Executive Protection & Security Operations
  • Provide close protection for executives during domestic and international travel.
  • Conduct security assessments, advance planning, and threat evaluations.
  • Coordinate travel security, venue assessments, and protective logistics.
  • Safely transport executives and family members when needed, using defensive driving techniques.
  • Balance executive preferences with security requirements and best practices.
  • Prepare incident reports, suspicious activity reports, advance reports, and after-action reports.
Collaboration & Training
  • Partner with internal teams such as Compliance, Aviation, Event Planning, Executive Administration, Real Estate, and Security Operations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and external security vendors.
  • Educate employees and stakeholders on security procedures and emergency response protocols.
  • Stay informed on emerging threats and industry best practices through professional networking and training.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, corporate security, or a related field.
  • Experience in executive protection and risk assessment.
  • Strong planning, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or ability to obtain.
  • LEOSA (H.R. 218) certification, or ability to obtain.
  • Familiarity with security technology and intelligence-gathering tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight assignments.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Ability to pass federal background checks and complete TSA Armed Security Officer training.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $38.13 - $76.26

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
