We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Specialist to join our elite protective services team. In this role, you will serve as a critical member of our global executive protection program, with primary responsibility for planning and conducting comprehensive security advances and executing protective operations for our principals at the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned protection professional who combines tactical expertise with polished interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to service. You will have a demonstrated history of delivering discrete, world-class protective services and will thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environments - both domestically and internationally.

  • 7+ years of executive protection experience, including close protection of Governors, Federal officials, or comparable high-profile principals in a law enforcement setting 
  • Proven expertise in security advance planning and core protection disciplines: protective intelligence, secure transportation, advance/logistics coordination, contingency planning, and domestic/international travel security 
  • Defensive/evasive driving and firearms proficiency 
  • Emergency medical field care capability 
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) across all organizational levels 
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to produce polished reports and presentations 
  • Solid organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to solve problems and perform under high-stress, ambiguous conditions

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.      
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

What you'll do...

Protective Operations & Advance Work

  • Plan and execute security advances (site surveys, route/venue/threat assessments) for domestic and international principal movements and events 
  • Develop advance reports, security plans, and contingency protocols; audit and refine plans for effectiveness 
  • Provide close protection during movements and public engagements, including secure transportation with defensive/evasive driving 
  • Collect and analyze threat intelligence; identify and mitigate risks to the principal 
  • Coordinate logistics (travel, lodging, itineraries) and liaise with law enforcement, venue security, vendors, and cross-functional teams 
  • Deliver clear briefings and reports to leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality 
  • Remain on-call and flexible for irregular hours/travel; operate independently under pressure with sound judgment
  • Perform duties under stressful conditions and in frequently ambiguous environments while maintaining composure and sound decision-making
  • Available on-call, including evenings/weekends/holidays
  • Able to travel domestically/internationally, often on short notice
