Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Protection Specialist to join our elite protection team. This role involves ensuring the safety and continuity of operations for high-profile clients through advance planning, threat assessment, travel logistics, and on-the-ground protection, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical protection to executives and other high-value individuals with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct advance work including site assessments, route planning, and risk analysis.
Coordinate secure ground transportation and travel logistics.
Maintain real-time situational awareness of threat landscapes and emerging risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and private security vendors.
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations as needed.
Participate in mandatory recurrent training (firearms, tactical medicine, driving, etc.).
Maintain accurate and confidential logs, reports, and operational documentation.
Advise clients and leadership on safety, security, and risk mitigation strategies.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5+ years in executive protection, military, law enforcement, or high-risk security operations.
Prior experience in advance work, threat assessment, and high-profile protective assignments.
Skills & Traits:
Strong working knowledge of protective intelligence, surveillance detection, and route planning.
Calm under pressure with excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
Discreet, tactful, and skilled in managing sensitive and high-level interactions.
Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
Committed to confidentiality, integrity, and continued professional development.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
Eligible for or in possession of a valid concealed carry permit (CPL or equivalent).
Capable of passing comprehensive background, drug, and psychological screenings.
Physically fit to respond to emergencies and endure extended periods of driving, walking, or standing.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel on short notice (domestic and international).
