What You'll Do

In this role, you'll own your territory and drive new business by:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory
  • Engage decision-makers and become a trusted advisor to SMB customers
  • From first contact to close, you're in control of your deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Position WOW!'s broadband, internet, and voice solutions with confidence
  • Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast, and maximize efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong drive to win
  • Comfortable working in the field ~80% of the time
  • Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and closing
  • Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Outside sales experience is a plus-but not required
