Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

CBI Security Services is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our expanding protective services team. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the responsibility that comes with carrying a firearm in a public environment.

Key Responsibilities

Armed Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment through proactive observation, strong communication, and responsible decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patrols and maintaining a visible professional security presence
  • Monitoring access points and controlling entry when necessary
  • Observing and reporting suspicious activity or safety concerns

  • Must be eligible to obtain or maintain a Utah Concealed Carry Permit
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate professional judgement and decision-making ability
  • Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
  • Must be able to climb stairs and remain alert during extended shifts
  • Must maintain professional grooming and appearance standards
  • Must demonstrate reliability, discipline, and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a professional level.
