Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - HR Transformation to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful program delivery through effective project governance, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role partners closely with HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to ensure alignment across workstreams, maintain project transparency, and drive accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program governance and ensure alignment across multiple cross-functional workstreams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks, issues, and key decisions while ensuring timely escalation when needed.
  • Drive Agile project execution and facilitate coordination across project teams.
  • Prepare and deliver regular program status updates and executive-level reports.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
