Job description

Executive Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Family Office, Houston, Texas.
A HNW principal of a family office is seeking a true "right hand" Executive Personal Assistant to oversee and elevate all aspects of his life, professionally and personally This is a strategic, high-touch role for someone who anticipates needs, protects time, and can elevate execution across multiple projects in his personal and professional life with ease. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a HNW principal and is comfortable and willing to support him across the full range of the role, from executive support, office management support to hands on personal and household tasks.
About the Job
  • Serve as trusted gatekeeper; manage the principal's calendar, priorities, and commitments personal and professional
  • Prioritize inbox, craft emails and correspondence.
  • Plan domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries for the principal and family
  • For both the office and homes, liaise with internal team members, external advisors, household staff and vendors; Be on-site for home service providers
  • Maintain records, files and databases; handle expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Be the "go to" in the office for administrative needs; regularly order lunch, ordering supplies. Schedule external meetings, receive guests. Keep the office presentable e
  • Plan and manage dinners, parties, and events with a "high touch" mindset.
  • Manage personal logistics: errands, gifting, appointments, reservations, car maintenance and other personal ad hoc projects.
  • Lead special ad hoc projects and research across personal, family, property, and philanthropic causes.
  • Base Salary, Bonus, Comprehensive Healthcare, Flexibility to Work from Home/Hybrid During the Summer
About You
  • At least 5 years supporting a HNW principal, family office.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Uncompromising discretion, judgment, and follow-through; highly responsive and reliable.
  • High-touch service mindset and "force multiplier" orientation; eager to take as much off the principal's plate as possible, personally and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with AI productivity tools to improve processes
  • Strong project and event management skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Warm and engaging personality who is equally comfortable running errands, coordinating repairs, and executing "high touch" events and dinners flawlessly and with a smile.
