Executive Personal Assistant to President Manufacturing Company/Family Office, Dallas, Texas
The President of a well-established manufacturing company, who also runs his family office and invests in real estate seeks an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as his trusted right hand strategic partner. The Executive Personal Assistant will take a holistic approach to support, integrating both personal and professional domains with exceptional discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence. This is not a traditional support position—it requires someone who thrives as a strategic partner to the President, ensuring smooth execution and anticipatory management across all aspects of his life and ventures. The ideal candidate has 7 plus years of experience supporting a high-net-worth principal, preferably in a finance, real estate firm or family office and understands completely the need for confidentiality and discretion. Ideally the candidate will spend 3 days a week (Mon-Wed) at their small Oak Lawn area office and 2 days (Mon and Fri) in their south Dallas office depending on what is going on.
About the Job
- Serve as the primary liaison and trusted point of contact for the President, managing professional and personal schedules, priorities, and commitments
- Own calendar management across business ventures with internal stakeholders and investors and personal events—anticipating conflicts and proactively reshaping the day
- Liaise directly with bankers, investors, clients and other senior executives, serving as gatekeeper and communicator
- Conduct research to prepare the President for meetings
- Draft and manage correspondence, prioritize inbox and craft emails on his behalf
- Coordinate personal and professional domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries including planning family vacations
- Plan and execute private dinners, events(family), and professional offsites (1 per year)—excellent project management skills
- Help manage his ranch; repairs,
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Manage personal matters and ad hoc projects; run errands, gifting
- Leverage technology and AI tools to optimize time management, streamline communications, and enhance overall efficiency
About You
- 7+ years supporting high-net-worth individuals or senior executives in a personal/professional capacity, preferably in finance real estate or a family office.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Willingness to get Notary Public certification if you do not have this in Texas
- A genuine understanding of the "high touch" HNW lifestyle and the discretion and trust it demands
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional organizational and anticipatory skills; able to manage multiple complex priorities seamlessly
- Confident communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills
- Adept at managing shifting priorities with a white-glove service mindset
- Some property management experience a Plus
- Demonstrated event experience, from intimate dinners to larger receptions and family/company events
- Proactive and a true creative problem solver who knows how to take as much off the president’s plate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using AI tools to improve efficiency)
