The Role
As an Account Executive, you own and grow a book of business by building long-term customer partnerships and working as part of a tightly aligned revenue team. This is a value-led, relationship-driven role focused on outcomes, not transactions.
Your Core Responsibilities
Build and Grow Trusted Partnerships
Develop deep customer relationships by listening first and aligning Tyfoom to measurable value and ROI.
Own Customer Engagement Through Growth
Lead opportunities from engagement through close and remain involved as customers expand, renew, and advocate.
Drive Value and ROI
Translate customer needs into clear business impact and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate as ONE TEAM
Partner closely with BDRs, Customer Success, and Executives, sharing insight and context to strengthen execution and outcomes.
Lead Renewals and Advocacy
Grow commitment, expand usage, and develop customer advocates.
Operate with Discipline
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, communicate risks clearly, and sustain momentum-even while traveling.
