POSITION DESCRIPTION

WTC Utah is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to deliver a high-quality, responsive member experience that drives engagement, retention, and long-term relationships.


This role works closely with the Senior Director of Partner Relations to ensure members are supported, connected to value, and consistently engaged with WTC Utahโ€™s network, programs, and services. The Partner Engagement Manager serves as a key point of contact for member needs and is responsible for coordinating follow-through, managing engagement activities, and ensuring a seamless member experience.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional follow-through are critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member needs and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-through.
  • Support the Senior Director of Partner Relations in preparing for member meetings and tracking action items.
  • Participate in meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen member relationships.
  • Facilitate introductions and connections across WTC Utahโ€™s network.
  • Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
  • Identify and escalate potential member concerns or at-risk relationships.


Member Operations & Coordination

  • Manage execution of member-related activities, ensuring commitments, requests, and follow-up actions are completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, communications, and engagement activities within Salesforce.
  • Track invitations, responses, communications, and outstanding action items.
  • Ensure visibility into member engagement activity and support consistent service delivery.


Projects, Reporting & Insights

  • Coordinate outreach and engagement-related projects across departments.
  • Maintain engagement tracking and support reporting efforts.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk within the membership base.
  • Provide recommendations to improve member engagement, retention, and overall experience.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in account management, customer success, member engagement, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with business leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and engagement tracking tools.


PReferred QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience working with membership organizations, associations, nonprofits, or business development organizations.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
