Job description

About ZAGG
ZAGG Brands is a global leader in accessories and technologies that empower mobile lifestyles. Our brands - including ZAGG and mophie - are built on a passion for innovation, and we move fast. We're looking for people who thrive in that kind of environment and want to do meaningful work alongside a high-performing team.
The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to our CEO who's equal parts strategic thinker and flawless executor. This isn't a traditional gatekeeper role - you'll be a trusted partner to the CEO, owning cross-functional projects, driving key initiatives, and making sure the right things get done at the right time. If you're someone who spots a gap before anyone asks and moves to close it, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Do
  • Own and drive cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, including building timelines, tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communication, and proactively clearing bottlenecks
  • Prepare presentation decks, reports, and briefing documents for executive, partner, and board-level meetings - accurate, polished, and always on time
  • Serve as a key coordinator for high-priority initiatives, managing milestone follow-ups, communication, and project materials across internal teams and external partners
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency of executive workflows and coordination processes

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced role blending project coordination, executive support, or operations
  • A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes ownership without waiting to be asked
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, context-switch, and manage multiple high-stakes tasks under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable engaging with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to following through, every time

Bonus Points
  • Background in consumer electronics, mobile tech, or a similarly fast-moving industry
  • Experience supporting partnership management or go-to-market launches

Why ZAGG
We make products people use every day to protect and power the devices they can't live without. Our team is collaborative, driven, and always pushing toward what's next. If you want to be close to the action and make a real impact, this is the place.
