Job Summary
Valeo Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Executive to build and strengthen referral partnerships throughout Salt Lake County, Utah. The Account Executive will focus on educating healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources about Valeo Home Health & Hospice's home health and hospice services while driving patient census growth and expanding the organization's referral network.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy
  • Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
  • Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.

Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain referral relationships.
  • Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
  • Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.

Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Administrative & Team Work
  • Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.
