This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires a proactive, results-oriented leader who can adapt to changing market conditions, navigate ambiguity, and drive business performance through collaboration and innovation.
The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. Personal Protection Equipment is needed on occasion in this role. This position is considered Safety Sensitive.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt and execute Epiroc USA's Go-To-Market strategy for the partner channel across the construction portfolio, excluding Hydraulic Attachments (HAT), to drive market growth and achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and prioritize sales partners to strengthen and expand market coverage, improve channel effectiveness, and increase customer reach.

- Provide strategic oversight for partner-led business segments (non-key accounts), aligning partner capabilities, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales, product, and market strategies across major product groups and geographic regions in collaboration with business line leaders and key stakeholders.
- Ensure partner sales opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activities are accurately maintained within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support business planning, forecasting, and visibility.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated success leading and developing sales professionals, channel partners, and distribution networks to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and improve performance.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze market opportunities, interpret financial results, and apply sound business principles to decision-making.
- Familiarity with partner networks, distribution channels, and customer markets within the United States; knowledge of Epiroc products, customers, and partner channels is preferred.

- A valid driver's license is required with the ability to travel extensively throughout the United States and occasionally internationally to support business, partner, and customer needs.
- Must reside within close proximity to a major airport to effectively support frequent travel and partner network activities.
Knowledge/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
