Thousand Peaks Ranches Inc. seeks a dedicated Assistant Ranch Manager to join our premier cattle and sheep operation in a rewarding career opportunity that combines professional growth with an exceptional lifestyle. Reporting directly to the CEO, this full-time position includes a ranch-provided 3-bedroom home, allowing you to live and work in a stunning agricultural setting.
Key responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive daily farm and livestock operations, ensuring animal welfare and productivity standards are consistently met. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized ranch equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Additional duties include coordinating feed schedules, monitoring pasture conditions, assisting with breeding programs, and supporting seasonal operations such as branding, vaccinations, and market preparation.
