Job description

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, performs routine diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. May have individual responsibility for training and leading the work of other employees. To identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age specific needs. Willingly performs other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent, NYS license/registration or eligible, ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine or board eligible, minimum of five years of progressive technical experience required, plus CPR certification required.
*Candidates who are a Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent, NYS license/registration, ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine or Board eligible, and less than one year of experience will be considered for appointment to an entry level position at a commensurate title and salary.

Preferred Qualifications:

SPECT-CT experience preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm - Rotating call coverage evening and weekends.
